The Vampire & The Garlic

This worksheet uses a simple story and metaphor to introduce the concept of safety behaviours and how they can maintain anxiety. It supports therapists in explaining how behaviours that feel protective in the moment can prevent young people from learning that situations may be safe or manageable.
