Doing things that matter
This resource helps young people and therapists identify activities that contribute to a positive mood cycle within a values-based Behavioral Activation framework. It also emphasises the importance of engaging in activities that offer a sense of closeness to others, achievement and enjoyment.
Therapists can use this tool to support young people to reflect on their values and identify activities that align with what truly matters to them. This approach supports young people in having more fulfilling experiences, rather than merely keeping busy.
