What I do and how it makes me feel
This resource guides young people to reflect on their activity logs as part of the Behavioural Activation process. It encourages clients to identify patterns between their activities and mood, helping them understand which behaviours may be contributing to or alleviating their low mood.
Therapists can integrate this tool into their session agenda, particularly during homework review.
